Incredible Performance News!!

Lightspeed 3.0 public beta now available!

Until today it has not been possible for users of the latest Treo and Centro devices to change the CPU speed of their devices.

Wow!!! For the first time EVER, I can play most wmv videos with Kinoma on my Treo 700p!! Before Lightspeed 3.0 my Treo would just choke with most wmv videos. All I do is overclock Kinoma to 585mhz (234bus) and all is fine. Videos play much smoother. You don't have to go as high as I did to get good results.

It's great for those who get choppy playback, makes a big diffrence.

I just purchased lightspeed and it makes my already enjoyable kinoma experience that much better.

That's good to hear. We don't support it per se, but I'm personally interested in about works and what breaks for people who use it.
