Any chance we can fix Youtube up also? All the VEVO music videos are no longer able to play. I know it might have something to do with youtube and the record companys but a work around would be great if possible.

Since the new SHOUTcast DNAS 2.0 Beta came out a lot of stations have stopped working. I think it might have something to do with codecs?

Mind updating the shoutcast plugin so we can listen to stations again?

Hi. I just bought kinoma play thinking that it can stream video in rtsp and support wmv. But whenever i tried to open the url, error occurs. (Socket not connected)

The url I'm accessing is: rtsp://media.cityharvest.tv/vod/100801/e100.wmv or http://media.cityharvest.tv/asx/100801/e100.asx

Error details is as follows:
Error - 102
instantiating media player for application/sdp, code = -102

I'm using version 5.1.83

I tried to stream using wifi but to no avail. I called my mobile service provider to see if it is their issue but they told me since i can access the web through opera, there is no problem with the setting. This is the setting they asked me to config for my HTC Touch2.

GPRS Settings

Start > Settings > press Menu > All Settings > Connections tab > Connection icon > Advanced tab > select Networks >

Program that automatically connect to the Internet should connect using: select New

ISP name: StarHub Internet

tap Modem tab > New

Enter a name for connection: Gee! GPRS

Select a modem: Cellular Line (GPRS)

tap Next

Access point name: shwap

tap Next

User name: star

Password: hub

Domain: leave it blank

tap Advanced > Servers tab

check Use specific server address

DNS: 203.116.001.078

Alt DNS: 203.116.254.150

tap Ok

tap Finish

tap Proxy Settings tab

check This network connects to the Internet

check This network uses a proxy server to connect to the Internet

Proxy server: proxy.starhub.net.sg

tap Advanced tab

HTTP: proxy.starhub.net.sg

Port: 8080

WAP: 010.012.001.002

Port: 9201

tap Ok 4 times

-----------------------------------------
As you can see above, there is nothing regarding configuring socks proxy, so that field in my phone is kept empty.

I'm wondering is there a way to set kinoma to use the normal internet like the one i followed above to configure instead of socks proxy? Cos I'm unsure why I kept seeing socket not connected error.

Hope someone can advise me what to do. I doubt is the provider's issue since i can browse other websites. Thanks by the way. :)
