How do you make a new work space on Kinoma Studio?
You go to "File" -> "Switch Workspace" -> "Other..." and then enter any new path you would like for the workspace. Studio will then restart and work out of this new directory.
I tried that out and KS opened a window saying that the new work space is a "read-only." I still couldn't access any work space but the first I created.
Windows has some restrictions on which applications can write to directories in the root of the drive - and a few other places. For example "c:\workspace" and "c:\program files\kinoma\workspace" both may not work because of these security features.
A good place for a workspace is somewhere in your profile path (c:\users\USERNAME...), as this area is open for all types of applications to write to.
