timeout when converting wmv file

Hi,
I use very often Kinema Producer 4 to convert wmv video files, to watch it later (when traveling) on my Palm LifeDrive - in MP4 format.
Usually I have no pb with files not exceeeding 200 Mb, but since recently I can't convert files bigger than 200 Mb.
I receive an error message such as "time out" (le temps imparti a été dépassé - in french !!) and when I click on the button, when i go back to Kinema producer, the file as the following message attached :
DirectShow error (9x8004022e)

Can you help ?

I'm afraid I've never heard of that. My recommendation is to contact support (http://kinoma.com/support/contact/).
